Any of the following prohibits us from treating a patient:

  • Contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days

  • A person suspected with COVID-19 and has had a symptom in the last 72 hours

  • Within 10 days since the onset of a COVID-19 symptom

  • All patients must enter wearing mouth-covering

  • Patients not admitted sooner than 10 minutes before appointments

  • No guests except one caregiver or child

  • Upon arrival at our office, call us before entering the office to let us know you have arrived.

  • We will call or text you once the office is ready for you to enter. 

  • Mandatory, touch-less hand sanitizer station at entry

  • Infrared temperature daily reads of staff and patients

  • Touch-less front office check-in and check-out experience

  • Acrylic barriers between patients and staff

  • Frequent general surface disinfectant schedule

  • Any non-disposable instrument goes through ultrasonic debridement followed by autoclav sterilization, which is independently tested by an outside service weekly

  • Numerous disposable barriers between patients

  • Disinfectant patient rinse before all procedures

  • Extensive staff personal protective equipment such as

    • N95 masks for all procedures

    • Face shields

    • Disposable gowns

    • Disposable hair bouffants

  • Separate treatment rooms with closed doors

  • Removal of magazines, books, and coffee bar

  • No interaction between patients due to schedule spacing
